My Beta Readers will receive their copy of Finding Verity soon because I mailed it two days ago.
So, I’m in a flux right now. I don’t want to do anymore editing on Finding Verity until I receive the Beta’s notes. But, since I’m not ready to let go of the project, I’m working on another aspect of it.
I began to write the script for the novel’s book trailer, and started to search for pictures, music, and sound effects. I don’t want to spend a LOT of time on this because I’m not sure if book trailers generate sales. But, narrowing the novel’s storyline to a three-minute trailer helps me streamline my thoughts for writing the “blurb” (back cover description).
I’ve also given some thoughts to my next project. I think the sequel to Windfall will win, primarily because those who read Windfall want to read the sequel. I suppose it wouldn’t hurt to get the story out of my system. I know the story, just need to get it into my laptop.
Anyway, my writing life is in a bit of a flux but I’m busy.
