I just uploaded “Hux Hollow”, a short screenplay that I wrote for the NYC Midnight short screenplay contest last month.  The next round for this contest occurs Oct 24-25.

While rewriting this SP, I realized that if it wasn’t for this contest I probably would never have written a “monster” story. 

MoviePoet.com does that to me too…  Its monthly contest pushes my muse to come up with storylines that I might not normally pursue and encourages me to write in genres I’ve never tackled before.
